These two lovebirds were so fun to be with (even in gale-force winds, for real…look at those waves on what is usually a placid lake). I mean look at them–their love is overflowing, you can’t help but smile.
Brand new and already smiling for daddy snuggles and melting into mommy loves.
While I’m over the snow on the ground and ready for spring to truly SPRING, I still can’t get over how the cool crispness highlights this beauty’s red hair and porcelain skin. My jaw dropped when I uploaded this photo to my computer. I knew it was pretty when I shot it, but seeing it blown up . . . yowza!
Look at those eyes! Capturing kids at all ages is one of my favorite things about photography. This little man will never be just like this again, but we got to freeze it and his mama will smile every time she passes this portrait on her wall.

Those cheeks and that little squinch on her nose! As a mom of all boys, I love getting the chance to photograph little girls. My boys love seeing their baby photos on the walls of our home, and I’m sure this little lady will love it too.
Tom and Laura couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting on a more beautiful day at Alta Lodge. Everything was perfect–the flowers, the colors, the snow-capped mountains. I love the rose-petals on the aisle . . . the flower crown . . . their rings . . . and Tom’s narwhal socks!! The whole evening was blissful!
Look at those curls, those pink cheeks, that soft baby skin! Photography is for capturing milestones. I photographed this little girl as a new born and now here she is all grown up and such a good big sister to her newborn baby brother. I love what I do!
This gorgeous momma and her babes are making me antsy for warmer days and photoshoots in orchards. They all had matching Converse. How adorable is that!?
